Job Description
DESCRIPTION OF DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Ongoing bill review project for legal vendors’ invoices.
• Comprehensive review of legal invoices for compliance with Legal Services Guidelines.
• Adjusting legal invoices as needed in the legal billing system Visibility.
• Using Outlook to communicate by e-mail with Litigation Specialists.
• Using Excel to create a spreadsheet to keep track of claims reviewed and amount of adjustments, along with tracking follow up items.
Comment:
• Please include test scores for Excel and data entry.
• As always, a high school diploma or equivalent is required.
