Required Knowledge, skills, abilities:
• Experience leading an agile team
• Facilitating scrum meetings
• Sprint planning and sprint retrospective meetings
• Skill in removing impediments that are blocking team or team member task progression.
• Knowledge and skill in using Rally.
• Recent Property and Causality experience.
Preferred qualifications:
• Certified Scrum Master
• Guidewire Experience (prefer BillingCenter but any GW experience is ok)
