Job Description
|
Fill out SCAR or CAR sent to us by customer
• Apply statistical process control (SPC) methods for analyzing data to evaluate the current process and process changes
• Analyze customer complaints and facilitate corrective actions
Expertise:
• MS Access, Excel, NCR’s, 5-why root cause analysis, knowledge of tolerances, basic quality tools and gages, pareto charts, SPC, Minitab
ECO Sign offs
Verify ECO’s – Mostly drawings and datasheet verification.
Expertise:
• GD&T and PLM system; should be able to read drawings and understand tolerances
• Product cert verification and first article (FA) documentation
• Verify product certs for the correct PO heat and certs for outside operations
• Work on FA documents for Rosharon ,Pathfinder and Baker
Expertise:
• technical knowledge of materials and metallurgy, heats, understand processes such as coatings, UT testing methods, reduction ratios, etc
