Job Description
Desktop Support person with 3-5 years of hands on, client facing experience, experiences include:
• Working knowledge of Win XP and Win7 OS.
• Creating documentation of installing applications.
• Experience with hardware installation.
• Staging of workstations.
• Capable of communicating with customers on all levels for pre-rollout interviews.
• Workstation content.
• Capable of assisting customers post rollout with Win7 OS familiarity, etc.
