Job Description • The Human Resources Recruiter is responsible for delivering all facets of recruiting success throughout the organization.
• This will be achieved through the development of business recruiting plans, employing traditional sourcing strategies and resources as well as developing new, creative recruiting ideas.
• The Human Resources Recruiter will play a critical role in ensuring we are hiring the best possible talent.

Primary Objectives of the Human Resources Recruiter:

• Develop and execute recruiting plans.
• Network through industry contacts, association memberships, trade groups and employees.
• Coordinate and implement recruiting initiatives.
• Administrative duties and recordkeeping.
• Review applicants to evaluate if they meet the position requirements.
• Conduct prescreening interviews.
• Maintain all pertinent applicant and interview data in the applicant tracking system.
• Assist in performing reference and background checks for potential employees.
• Assist in preparing and sending offer packages.
• Perform other special projects as assigned.

• A bachelors degree and a minimum of 5 years of directly related work experience is required.
