• 0-2 yrs of Experience.
• External customer service experience required; call center experience preferred. Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to type a minimum of 35 wpm.
• Basick knowledge of computer applications.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Must be able to work weekends.
• Responsible for answering inbound calls from our customers and scheduling service appointments.
• Also responsible for dispatching service technicians out to repair customers alarm system and input their reports into our system once the technician has completed the repairs.
