||• Ensure call centre inbound calls are answered, receivables collected while maintaining focal point for customer relations.
• Collection of accounts by telephone, follow up collection activity, liaising with customers and other departments to solve problems.
• Handling of all inbound collection related calls and other duties as assigned.
• Min. 2 yrs of Experience.
• External customer service experience required; call center experience preferred. Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to type a minimum of 35 wpm.
• Basic knowledge of computer applications.
• Strong organizational skills.
