Job Description • Prepare and Manage project funding process.
• Work w/ PMs to develop a funding strategy for each project.Prepare funding authorization forms.
• Participate in management reviews of documents.Track questions and comments from management.Prepare and manage OMP’s “routine” budget, long range plan, and work force plan.
• Lead preparation effort.Identify and explain variances.Prepare monthly spending projections.
• Monitor OMP labor allocation charges and rate.
• Assist w/ project change order process.
• Work w/ Business Planning to get cost reports.Work w/ Business Planning to correct charging errors.
• Work w/ Business Planning to develop and enter accruals.
• Project budgeting and long range planning.Assist project managers (PMs) in preparation.
• Organize and consolidate.Work w/ Business Planning to enter data.Assist PMs to identify and explain variances.
• Assist PMs to prepare monthly spending projections.Assist PMs w/ project change order process
• .Work w/ Business Planning to get cost reports.Work w/ Business Planning to correct charging errors.
• Work w/ Business Planning to develop and enter accruals.
• Support Client direct and contractor time reporting.
• Monitor and report on OMP’s technical staff augmentation.
• Assist in preparation of monthly OMP performance reports.
• Assist in development of roll-up reports for the Major Projects Division (includes budget, measures, and other reports).Invoice processing and management.In-processing SPOC for OMP.
• Proficiency w/ computer applications (e.g., MS Excel, Access, Word, and Outlook).

Required Qualifications:

• 4 year degree.Five years related work experience.
•Demonstrated ability to analyze and interpret financial data.
