Job Description
Qualifications:
• 0-3 yrs of Experience.
• Strong SAP skills
• Bachelor Degree Preffered.
Responsibilities:
• Review and interpret customer requirements on incoming requests for quotations and verbal inquiries relating to product selection, compliance with codes and standards, & product literature.
• Look up replacement parts using Cincom, Filenet, Work Manager and microfiche, & quote price and delivery.
• Correspond with customers and Sales offices regarding returns, invoicing, credits, and other activities.
• Clarify & resolve discrepancies between customer requirements and the valve specifications.
• Participate in Representative training school activities.
• Other special projects assigned by Manager.
