Job Description
|
1.Lead multi-talented IPDS teams consisting of Systems, Circuit, Software, Reliability, Mechanical and Manufacturing engineering disciplines within a matrix organization
2. Manage overall project and subcontractor performance implementing corrective actions as necessary to achieve commitments
3. Preparation and execution of detailed project plans, schedules, cost estimates, baseline change management, risk mitigation, technical design reviews, management reviews, customer coordination meetings, cost/schedule/status reporting, etc.
4. Lead design and technical proposal preparation process
5. Organize and define qualification test objectives and procedures to customer requirements insuring that all system requirements including functionality, performance, safety, reliability, maintainability, and interface requirements are met
6. Coordinate build and test of engineering hardware
7. Coordinate/support hardware/software integration, design assurance and qualification testing
8. Lead electronic controller product transition into production
9. Other duties such as capital equipment plan reviews/approvals, etc., as required
Engineering Degree and US Citizenship required
