• Responsible for designing and developing a product/product family. Ensures production procedures efficiently utilize materials and personnel. • Tests finished product for quality purposes and recommends changes to product specifications as necessary. • Requires a bachelor's degree in engineering, chemistry or material science and 0-2 years of experience in the field or in a related area. • Has knowledge of commonly-used concepts, practices, and procedures within a particular field. • Relies on instructions and pre-established guidelines to perform the functions of the job. • Works under immediate supervision. • Typically reports to a supervisor or manager.
Desired manufacturing experience: Tack welding, CNC fabrication / programming, designing manufacturing tools. Familiar with manufacturing processes: aluminum dip brazing, resistance soldering, flux removal, chem film, painting and plating. Working w/Acetone and Alcohol,
