• Responsible for managing Wholesale contracts through the contract life cycle. • Work with key stakeholders including Sales, Legal, Finance, Product Mgmt, and Billing to develop mutually agreeable customer agreements. • Ensure all legal and financial requirements and approvals are followed before executable contract is presented to customer. • Assembles, compiles and maintains data as directed for notifications and contract correspondence. • Assists with file maintenance including filing contracts/ agreements for existing customers and creating new files for new customers. • Project focus on migration to Apttus CLM; Apttus experience a plus. Required Skills & Experience:- • High proficiency in Excel desired. • Must have at least one year of administrative experience Strong organizational and interpersonal skills • Ability to successfully prioritize and complete multiple assignments in a timely and efficient manner • Ability to exchange information clearly and concisely • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Adobe Acrobat desired.
