Job Description

Responsible for managing Wholesale contracts through the contract life cycle.
Work with key stakeholders including Sales, Legal, Finance, Product Mgmt, and Billing to develop mutually agreeable customer agreements.
Ensure all legal and financial requirements and approvals are followed before executable contract is presented to customer.
Assembles, compiles and maintains data as directed for notifications and contract correspondence.
• Assists with file maintenance including filing contracts/ agreements for existing customers and creating new files for new customers.
• Project focus on migration to Apttus CLM; Apttus experience a plus.

Required Skills & Experience:-
High proficiency in Excel desired.
Must have at least one year of administrative experience Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
Ability to successfully prioritize and complete multiple assignments in a timely and efficient manner
Ability to exchange information clearly and concisely
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Adobe Acrobat desired.

Desired Skills & Experience:
• High proficiency in Excel .
• Previous Contract Management experience desirable
• Paralegal or legal secretarial experience is a plus

Additional Job Description:-
Job Profile Responsible for activities related to contract administration and/or activities related to the procurement of goods and services.
• Job Function Responsible for negotiating terms & and conditions of contracts.
Complex negotiations will include activities such as Intellectual property, warranty provisions, scope changes, changing specifications; May organize and communicate negotiation results to senior management.
Monitors performance and ensures compliance to include vendor, sales & service, and other general business contracts.
Ensures appropriate materials and services are obtained from suppliers consistent with cost, quality and statement of work (SOW).
Facilitates internal contract approval processes.
Analyzes change requests to existing contracts and approves changes or revisions. Participates on procurement sourcing teams for research, bids and contract management of supplies and services.
• Functional Accountability Provides analytical support to one or more departments or work units with limited supervision; aids in the successful completion of projects within a product or functional area; typically reports to Supervisor (Band 7) or on occasion Manager (Band 6).
• Managerial Role Generally Non-Managerial Individual Contributor Role Performs a variety of activities in support of the functional processes, programs and/or services. Work may include compiling and analyzing data, creating reports, providing information regarding function specific policies; tracking of processes & activities.
• May be involved in smaller projects or phases of a larger project.
May provide some administrative support.
• Decision Making Auth & Discret Receives supervision and occasional guidance on achieving short term goals and operating objectives; may work independently with limited supervision; may assist on team projects.
• Knowledge and Skills Requires a broad range of skills within a disciplined area to effectively perform routine and/or complex assignments; demands knowledge or established procedures, policies and practices.

Education and Experience:-
Bachelors degree or equivalent work experience. Generally requires minimum of 2 yrs. experience.
