Projects: Siebel Marketing & Analytics
support/enhancements/projects
Scope of work: Fix, enhance, and maintain Siebel Marketing & Analytics applications and develop new applications for projects. Provide daily support for Marketing campaign management activities
Required skills/competencies: 1. Strong understanding of the Siebel Marketing & Siebel Analytics integration architecture
2. Strong understanding of Marketing concepts such as campaigns, promotions, offers, targets
3. Expertise in the following areas of Siebel Marketing: Stage Execution, Campaign Load, Campaign Launch, Output List Format Generation
4. Understanding of Data Warehouse modeling and STAR schemas
5. Experience with Siebel Analytics/OBIEE
6. Expertise in one or more of the following areas of Siebel: EIM, Workflow Manager, System Administration
7. Excellent verbal and written communication skills
