Description:
Immediate Need - Primary Discipline should be Civil or Mechanical will oversee special project: Manhole, duct bank flooding mitigation work with multiple disciplines: Electrical, Mechanical (pumps, piping), Civil, etc.
Responsibilities include:
• Single point accountability for scope control, budget and schedule performance on assigned modifications.
• Works independently to apply the project management process and controls
• Provide leadership and coaching at the project team level
• Ensure clear division of responsibility on all project activities, facilitates teamwork, communicates clear expectations regarding project team performance objectives, and promotes accountability for individual behaviors and results
• Establish clear team and personnel accountability for project scope control and performance to approved budgets and schedules
• Responsible for effective communications with the project sponsor, project team, and various levels of site organizations.
• Five years of nuclear operating plant project management experience with direct knowledge of project engineering, project controls and project construction
• PC proficiency including Excel, Word and PowerPoint
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to plan, organize, budget, and monitor progress necessary to evaluate performance against plans | |
