Scope of work: Provide support for the Siebel applications and work on enhancements/projects as applicable

Required skills/competencies:
o Siebel Loyalty 7.8 application configuration and trouble shooting experience
o Siebel 7.8 tools experience
o Experience with Loyalty program and promotion rule configuration
o Siebel Workflows, EAI, eScript, Business Services, Workflow policies, Assignment Manager, Communication, External Business Components
o Siebel Loyalty engine experience
o Siebel Web Services experience (Inbound & Outbound)
o Oracle 10g database experience. PL/SQL, stored procedures, & functions
o 5+ years of experience in the field
o Excellent verbal and written communication skills
