Job Description	Job Requirements • Education Level Bachelor's Degree Years Experience 6-9 years. • Project manager for software development projects - both internal and customer projects. • Candidate must be able to define and deliver the planned results, a self-starter with an innate need to make things happen. Required skills • Planning and tracking using MS Project. • Understanding of the mechanics/benefits of using earned value management to track project progress, able to define customer requirements at sufficient detail to allow engineering requirements and test plans to be defined. • Manage project risks, implement and track contingency and recovery plans, excellent negotiation skills to manage the contract, the customer. • Team and internal management interests. • Manage 3-8 projects across multiple project simultaneously. • Self driven individual who can help others determine how to solve a problem when they can't see that a solution exists. • PMP certification preferred. • Project management principles required. • Some knowledge or experience with agile project management beneficial. • Minimum 5 years experience at managing software development projects. • Software development experience is a plus but not as important as project management skills.
