Job Requirements:
• Education Level: Bachelor's Degree
Description:
• PMP Certification Preferred
• SAP Experience Preferred
• 8-10 years experience
• Must have project management experience in a manufacturing environment; variable frequency drive
experience a plus
Job Family Specific Responsibilities:
• Responsible for execution of complex project/ program plan.
• Responsible for delivery of complex project/program management activities(defining scheduling, budget,
risk, change, opportunity and resource management activities)
• Performs technical review of system design and documentation
• Executes continuous improvement plan.
• May perform active role in maintaining client relationship.
Key Responsibilities:
• Performs full range of standard work for the professional field.
• Applies advanced skills to resolve complex problems not covered by existing procedures or practices
independently.
• Identifies and resolves more complex problems and applies problem-solving skills in order to deal with most
situations
Education:
• BS/BA in related discipline, or advanced degree, where required, or equivalent combination of education
and experience.
• Certification may be required in some areas
Knowledge:
• Demonstrates and applies a broad knowledge of field of specialization through successful completion of
moderately complex assignments.
• Successfully applies complex knowledge of fundamental concepts, practices, and procedures of particular
area of specialization.
• Demonstrates knowledge of organization’s business practices and issues
Experience:
• Typically 8-10 years of successful experience in related field and successful demonstration of key
responsibilities and knowledge as presented above.
• Advanced degree MAY be substituted for experience, where applicable.
Direction of Others:
• Provides specialized guidance or train support and/or professional staff.
• Leadership qualities and role model qualities demonstrated
