THIS WILL START OFF AS 20 HOURS/WK, BUT MAY INCREASE TO 4O. SCHEDULE CAN BE FLEXIBLE, BUT NEEDS TO BE CONSISTENT.

Major Duties and Responsibilities

• Identify, own and develop opportunities/ relationships in Software space.
• Involve team with complex and large opportunities.
• Resolve post and pre-sale administrative issues for customers.
• Provide customer reconnaissance information to appropriate resources.

Other Requirements

• 2+ years experience in account management/inside sales.
• Experience in telephone sales or business development with proven track record of achieving revenue quota.
• Experience selling a technical solution to an IT and business solutions audience.
• Knowledge of business organizational structures.
• Ability to foster team orientation with counterparts.
• Success in highly-automated tele-business environment, including SFDC usage.
• Ability to speak articulately and credibly; communication skills which foster customer satisfactorily.

Position Requirements:

Experience Level - 7 - 10 Years

• Support all business and administrative processes of a defined Sales or Marketing function or department in compliance and the legal policies and procedures.
• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration (or related field) or alternatively high school graduation and several years of professional experience in a comparable position.
• Experienced in PC usage (Microsoft Office).
• Accustomed with daily customer contact.
• Fluency in German (native speaker preferred) and English.
