Job Description	Complete Description -: • Analyze and provide guidance on email retention, convert new customers through prospect mailings, and product category penetration. • Daily liaison relationship with online marketing analysts who support the promotional development and analytics. • Develop and implement email segmentation strategies, analyze potential of offer creation, how it will effect top-line and profitability of category and channel, email file creation and execution, and supportive email efforts and execution from cross-channels. • Post analysis is supported through this position and used for further email campaign forecasting and ROI. • Bachelors degree or comparable work experience. • Minimum of three years experience in marketing or circulation. • Experience in Analytics. • Experience with Access and/or SQL database. • Project management skills. • Ability to multi-task and prioritize. • Strong interpersonal skills. • Sound administrative abilities. • Strong organizational and developmental skills.
