Job Description	Job Requirements: • Education Level Bachelor's Degree Years Experience 3-5 years Description: • Project Support Specialist – Project Controlling Group - Supporting 3 Controllers - Support Project Controller for XOM SPT project to prepare audit documentation for customer to review, includes downloading of invoices and purchase orders from Accounting system SAP and EZ-suite as well as preparing hard and soft copies - Support Project Controllers in Order Entry, SAP data downloads and preparation of Project review and Estimate to Complete – documentation, assist in creating shipping documents and invoices as well as Project Closing and Archiving, and other - must have expertise in SAP (mainly PS, SD and/or Material procurement) as well as web-based tools - must have extraordinary expertise in excel(VLOOKUP, link files and formulas, function & charts) and word -Attention to Detail is Critical - Financial and /or business administrative background is preferred. • Bachelors Degree required.
