• Managing the purchase order life cycle supporting day to day Corporate Real Estate (CRE) activities (cleaning, miscellaneous repairs, landscaping, general maintenance, etc.).
• Manage the purchase order life cycle supporting CRE project activity, including site construction, new lease build out, etc.
• Manage the purchase order life cycle of supporting CRE in regards to Facilities Projects to allow the CRE team to meet the project separation deadlines.
• Purchase Order life cycle includes oversight and review in stages of Purchase Requisition, approvals, Purchase Order, work completion, work acceptance, and payment verification.
• Performs routine and detailed audits of supplier purchase order and payment processes as directed by CRE.
• Audits intended to ensure accuracy of payments and performance against budget.
• Able to identify and recommend opportunities for process improvements.
• Maintains accurate list of subcontractor personnel working in support of client CRE activities.
• Includes outsourced supplier personnel and their subcontractors.
• Updates records of subcontractor personnel, including function, employer, dates of employment, and assets assigned.
• Candidate will need to interface with Supplier Governance team members for decision criteria and support.
• Good written communication skills are important.
• Native English speaker desired; Spanish and Portuguese language skills are a plus.
• Background in process improvement or audit desired.
