Other Skills:
• This associates core responsibilities will include outbound telemarketing efforts and follow up support to our direct marketing efforts, fielding inbound calls generated from our direct and indirect marketing efforts, routing leads to the appropriate sales groups, salesforce.com maintenance.
• Pre-qualifying contacts in support of all HSM direct marketing activities, follow up support to all HSM direct marketing efforts.
• Work environment is fast paced, results oriented, rewarding, great team environment.
• The candidate must have telemarketing and/or inside sales experience preferably minimum of 1 year.
• Microsoft Excel skills and experience required, Microsoft Outlook, experience w/ SalesForce.com is a plus.
• High school graduate at a minimum.
• 2 year associates or 4 year bachelors degree in communications or business admin. preferred.
