Scope of Work:
• Designs and coordinates company communications.
• Responsible for maintaining policies and procedures, monitoring company media, and utilizing electronic publishing technology.
• Typically requires at least a bachelor's degree in area of specialty and 4-6 years of experience in the field or in a related area.
• Familiar with standard concepts, practices, and procedures within a particular field.
• Relies on limited experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals.
• Performs a variety of tasks.
• Works under general supervision.
• A certain degree of creativity and latitude is required.
• Typically reports to a supervisor.
Candidate Requirements:
• Marketing Communications Contractor
• Create, implement and oversee communications programs that effectively describe and promote client Fluorine Products organization and its products.
• Communications vehicles may include graphics, brochures, Websites, email campaigns, product fact sheets and case studies, press releases, webinars, videos or other promotions.
• Manage the strategy setting, planning, execution and measurement of trade shows, Webcasts and other external events.
• Role requires a bachelor's degree in journalism or communications, and at least 6-8 years of experience in communications for a large organization.
• Outstanding writing and project management skills are essential.
• Must be able to collaborate effectively with Marketing and Product Line leaders located locally and remotely and creative agencies and vendors.
• Chemical industries experience a plus.
• Reports to Communications Director Material’s business.
• 30 hours per week; can work part of the time remote.
