Job Requirements:
Education Level: Secondary School or equivalent Years Experience: 0-2 years
Description:
Position requires a high level of skill in the following areas: o Electronic file management and hard copy file management (receive, retrieve, quality check, prepare, upload) o Ability to apply company document control standards to assigned work with little guidance o Ability to communicate company document control standards to others o Ability to communicate with various levels of management o Ability to produce status reports as requested o Proficiency with document tracking methods o Document flow logs o Transmittal forms o Distribution lists o Quality control skills with various types of media o Ability to work independently keeping leads appraised of progress and/or issues o Ability to complete a task from beginning to end. o Also requires a self starter with excellent time management and communication skills and a candidate who is proficient with Microsoft Office products.
Desired, but not required qualifications include: o Possess basic understanding of various types of documents in order to perform document control activities with engineering and architectural drawings o Operational manuals, and documents o Ability to perform records audits; ability to use document reproduction equipment effectively (scanning, plotting, printing, etc.) o There are no drafting or design responsibilities in this role. o Position requires periodic overnight travel. o Successful candidate must have excellent attendance record. o Work hours range from 6 am to 6 pm. o Work schedule may be changed based upon staffing and workload.
Comments: o Document imaging or printing experience not required however would be beneficial. o **Needs to be able to lift 20lbs** o High school diploma with 1 yr exp minimum. . | |
