• Required Consultant must demonstrate: (Minimum):
• Cherwell programming logic to create workflows, rules, and forms to automate processes.
• SQL Server relational database design.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Preferred Consultant Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
• Knowledge of information technology (IT) terms and concepts. 3.2.2 Knowledge of principles and processes as defined in ITIL and ISO 20000. ANTICIPATED SCOPE OF WORK:
TASK LIST:
• The Consultant shall provide the following service tasks for the unit in which they are augmenting over the course of the contract period:
THE CONTRACTOR SHALL:
• Review requirements, design and implement Cherwell development solutions to meet Continual Service Improvement requirements.
• Develop Service Outage Documentation (SOD) module and associated processes.
• Develop Employee On boarding/Off boarding module and associated process.
• Implement CMDB data integration and population from agency monitoring databases.
• Develop a certificate management module and associated processes.
• Develop Cherwell workflow and documentation related to Cherwell implementations and design modifications.
• The above tasks are subject to change based on reprioritization of Cherwell development requirements. |
