Primary Duties: • Processing incoming orders with high accuracy and resolve escalated or difficult issues regarding customer complaints with hands-on problem solving and research. • In addition, this position will coordinate outbound logistics for multiple carriers on a daily basis and entering logistics information in to the system; • Proactively communicate delays or disruptions in shipments to stakeholders, and work to minimize the impact on the customer by identifying all options available to ensure on time delivery. • Qualified applicants will be highly motivated, self-starters, who excel in a fast-paced environment. • A strong sense of ownership and the ability to multi-task and maintain a diverse work load are critical for success in this role. • A minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service, with an emphasis on freight coordination, proficient with Microsoft office products, and a high school diploma are required. • Must be able to sit for extended time working at the computer processing orders and entering logistics information.
Required: • High School Diploma or Equivalent. • 2+ years of Customer Service experience. • Excellent communication skills. • Ability to multitask. • Experience with MS Office Suite at an Intermediate Level • High Degree of Accuracy • Attention to detail and accuracy are more important than speed. Preferred: • AS400/SAP experience • Experience with the agriculture industry. |
