Responsible for location payroll administration in Kronos application
• SAP Accounts Payable duties
• Prepare daily operational/accounting reports such as daily yields and 7 day reports
• Balancing daily load/unload grain stox
• Assist with month end reports
• Maintain plant supply closet
Required:
• High School diploma required, Associates or Bachelors degree Preferred
• Must have intermediate level experience with Microsoft Office: including Excel, Word, Outlook and Powerpoint
• Previous experience working in an office/plant environment with experience with accounting/clerical duties
• Must have strong mathematical and analytical skills
• Strong computer skills
• Must demonstrate ability to handle confidential information
Preferred:
• Payroll experience would be a plus
• Experience using SAP would be a plus
• Experience using Kronos time system would be a plus
