Job Description

Essential Duties/Responsibilities:

• Answering telephone (associate will sit at a desk with the main phone line going into the office and is expected to be the first POC to answer incoming calls. The phone is NOT extremely busy ~5 calls/hr. While this candidate will not be expected to know the answer to every question, must be helpful, courteous, and able to gather relevant information so the appropriate person can follow up)
• Taking orders
• Scheduling Federal Express shipments and Shipments.

Required Experience/Qualifications:

• HS diploma or equivalent
• 2 years Prior experience in an administrative support role
• Strong phone skills
• Strong computer/MS Office skills (using Excel scores as a general measure for this)

Preferred: Experience with export
