Responsibilities: • As a subject matter expert, assists with all aspects of the recruiting and selection process for assigned business lines, including advertising, sourcing, screening, interviewing, facilitating post-interview feedback and candidate selection, reference checking, and extending and negotiating the offer. • Consults with business line clients on sourcing strategies, expectations, timelines, deliverables, and other components of the recruiting/hiring process. • Counsels business line clients on all recruiting issues including the appropriateness of proposed offers including salary, sign-on bonuses, relocation packages. • Recommends candidates to business line management based upon analysis of the department’s needs and the candidate’s skills. • Provides timely, accurate, management information on the status of recruiting efforts to Human Resources officers and business line clients. • Oversees the recruitment administration process. • Performs special recruiting studies and analyses and assists with small to medium sized recruiting related projects to help ensure the success of strategic recruiting objectives.
Comments/Special Instructions: • We are seeking a very strong TA professional with 5-10 years of experience in a corporate environment (preferably from blue chip organizations). • They will be involved in all facets of recruitment and recruiting events that require interaction with key external stakeholders.
