Compensation Specialist

Essential Duties/Responsibilities: * Manage day to day request from managers, employees, and extended compensation team regarding position management and banding determination * Provide consulting to clients and stakeholders on position banding and market data * Partner with other compensation contacts within the NA Compensation team and CBS to provide input to support implementation of process changes * Assist with the annual compensation process as needed * Compensation analysis as needed
Minimum Education Required: Bachelor's degree
Other Required Experience/Qualifications: • Minimum 1 year of compensation experience • Strong analytical abilities • Ability to be flexible in a changing environment • Ability to handle highly confidential information • Ability to handle multiple priorities • Attention to detail • Ability to challenge the status quo • Independent thinker and problem solver • Experience consultanting with various stakeholder groups • Strong written and oral communication skills • Strong collaboration skills
Additional Preferred Experience/Qualifications: • 2 or more years compensation experience
