Essential Duties/Responsibilities: As a member of the HR Solutions Employee Experience Market team, this position will be accountable for the execution and delivery of employee experience HR services such as local onboarding/orientation and assimilation support , job bidding process, attendance tracking and point notification, filing and general employee experience support.
Other Required Experience/Qualifications: • High school diploma or equivalent required • Exposure/familiarity in employee experience-related market service areas such as production staffing, onboarding and assimilation, local training delivery • High attention to detail and organization skills • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion Bi-lingual - Spanish/English
Additional Preferred Experience/Qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree preferred.
Recruiting experience - preferably in a manufacturing environment • Professional demeanor and ability to interact with employees at all levels • Competence in connecting people to each other and delivering HR services
