• We are looking for an innovative and dynamic ServiceNow Developer to join our IT team. • You will take part in the configuration of our ServiceNow platform to ensure it meets the needs of our users and help manage the platform for stability. • This role requires an organized, self-driven person who can thrive working alone or in a team and can quickly adjust to changing priorities. • The ideal candidate should possess both independent and collaborative working abilities. • Night and weekend hours may be required.
ServiceNow Developer Duties and Responsibilities: • Platform O&M / Platform Performance and Stability • Family Upgrades and Patching • Maintain and create Operational KBAs • MID Server Management • Agile Stories and Development • Platform support on-call (after hours support) • Debugging and fixing technical problems • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize business requirements • ServiceNow Developer Requirements and Qualifications: • Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, computer information systems, or a similar field • 3+ years of working with ServiceNow • Proficiency with ServiceNow development, such as scripting, workflows, and integrations. • JavaScript • DevOps • Agile development practices • ServiceNow Certified System Administrator certification is a plus • Excellent communication and organizational skills • Flexible schedule • A systems engineering or developer background with the ability to learn quickly and share your knowledge with the broader team? • A mindset to automate everything |
