** 2 Positions **
The Due Diligence Center of Excellence is a team that was initiated in January of 2022, supporting source transfer and selection activities within Aero ISC to ensure compliance with global legal, contractual, and compliance obligations. This critical project management role will help lead MOS that will allow for AERO ISC to meet their goals when it comes to source changes, while upholding the compliance measures in place. In addition to establishing the MOS, this position will largely focus on process improvements to ensure the team is driving for cycle time reduction within all processes involved. This position involves frequent interactions with leaders and stakeholders from Aero ISC functions such as Sourcing Readiness, SBT, Value Engineering, Procurement etc.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: • Executing ISC-led supply chain transitions due diligence activities to ensure compliance with global legal, contractual, and compliance obligations Coordinating with both ISC transitions program managers and relevant cross-functional compliance subject matter experts (e.g., Government Finance Compliance, Sourcing Compliance, Corporate Compliance, etc.) • Supporting continuous improvement opportunities, including due diligence training, enhancements to the Diligence Assessment Tracking Tool (DATT), and process streamlining
• Drive and execute new initiatives • Influence functional stakeholders • Support the MOS • Metrics improvement • Support Integrated Supply Chain sites • Work with the factory team • On time delivery of projects • Manage data and report • Support to manage escalation U.S. PERSON REQUIREMENTS Due to compliance with U.S. export control laws and regulations, candidate must be a U.S. Person, which is defined as, a U.S. citizen, a U.S. permanent resident, or have protected status in the U.S. under asylum or refugee status.
REQUIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE: • Must be a US Person due to contractual requirements • 1+ years of experience in supply chain or engineering, with preference for experience relating to supply chain transitions
