• Client is seeking two experienced HR Project Management Specialists to support the implementation and configuration of Oracle Cloud HCM as the business transitions into a standalone entity. • This is a high-impact, long-term opportunity with the potential for full-time conversion by year-end. You’ll work closely with a third-party implementation vendor and internal stakeholders to ensure the successful design, testing, and deployment of Oracle HCM modules tailored to Aerospace’s needs.
Key Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with third-party vendors and internal teams to gather business requirements and translate them into system configurations. • Participate in design reviews and ensure alignment with Aerospace-specific HR processes. • Conduct system testing (Sprint, SIT, UAT) and validate data conversions. • Troubleshoot configuration issues and support post-go-live production needs. • Assist with project planning and day-to-day program coordination. • Serve as a liaison between HR, IT, Payroll, and Finance teams to ensure seamless integration and adoption.
Required Qualifications:
• 7+ years of experience with Oracle Cloud HCM Fusion. • Functional expertise in at least 2–3 of the following modules: * Core HR * Compensation * Benefits * Recruiting * Talent & Performance * Learning • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to optimize HR processes using Oracle HCM tools. • Experience in requirements gathering, documentation, testing, and issue resolution. • Familiarity with Oracle best practices and implementation methodologies. • Basic project management skills—including planning, coordination, and communication—are essential.
