• The position will be working with a 9 person agile team to automated processes and provide functionality to both internal and external customers.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to: - Leverage ServiceNow to automate processes - Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain applications which support key Aeronautics Sustainment Organization - Develop code which interacts with relational databases (e.g. SQLServer, Oracle) This position requires U.S. Citizenship
Basic Qualifications: · Experience developing on the ServiceNow platform including o Scoped Application Development o Customer Service Management (CSM) o Flow Designer o Form Design o Table creation and management · Familiar with data sources and import sets (JDBC and IntegrationHub) · Familiar with ServiceNow Glide JavaScript Framework · Able to communicate with stakeholders to provide product demonstrations, answer questions, and receive feedback to iterate on in an agile environment.
