KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
•Solicit, collect, and organize documentation and data, performing moderately complex data entry into one or more systems, and analyze that data.
•Perform basic administrative or clerical tasks in support of improvement projects and commitments, requiring basic customer service practices and procedures.
•Assist customer service team with creating export certifications and health certificate applications compilation for outbound trucking as required.
•Arrange shipping paperwork, including preparation of bills of lading, customs forms, invoices, and other shipping documents manually or by computer.
•Maintain internal, manual, and/or computerized record-keeping systems.
•Issuing, maintaining and tracking purchase orders when needed.
•Working closely with third party service providers providing them with feedback, issuing POs,
•Reviewing, and processing weekly payment runs, cheque runs, and payment of invoices.
•Working closely with the Payment team to ensure payments are made correctly and in a timely manner.
•Assisting production in reviewing, analyzing and processing the production data.
•Providing coverage for customer service team when needed, leveraging aforementioned skills.
•Perform office administrative duties including, but not limited to handling incoming calls, and gate entry calls.
•Other duties as assigned.
