Job Description


• This role will play a critical part in supporting payroll operations during the ADP GlobalView transition, including testing related to timekeeping updates. 
• The position will also contribute to merger and acquisition (M&A) activities planned for year-end, ensuring accurate payroll testing and integration.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with testing and validation efforts for the ADP GlobalView implementation and timekeeping system updates.
• Support payroll-related aspects of ongoing M&A activities, including testing and data integration.
• Ensure accurate calculation of net pay, including computing, withholding, and deductions.
• Review and organize payroll forms required by federal, state, and local authorities (e.g., W-2s).
• Oversee paycheck distribution and manage direct deposit programs.
• Maintain and update payroll records; report on payroll-related issues or discrepancies.
• Audit employee timesheets for accuracy and compliance with hours worked.
• Prepare payroll-related journal entries for period-end financial reporting.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred.
• 3–5 years of experience in payroll or a related area.
• Expertise with ADP GlobalView, Kronos, and SAP timekeeping systems is required.
• Demonstrated experience in system testing and implementations.
• Strong understanding of payroll concepts, practices, and procedures.
• Proven ability to work independently and exercise sound judgment.
• High attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and adapt to changing priorities.
• Typically reports to a manager or department head.
