KEY RESPONSIBILITIES • Lead and manage project and program management initiatives within the learning and development framework. • Develop and revise standard operating procedures related to facilitation management • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and successful execution of learning initiatives. • Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies. • Evaluate program metrics and generate insights for continuous improvement.
YOU MUST HAVE • Minimum of 6+ years of experience leading complex programs and managing cross-functional initiatives. • Demonstrated success in designing, executing, and optimizing program strategies to achieve organizational objectives. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with proven ability to drive program outcomes, manage risks, and ensure alignment with business goals.
