Job Description

• Client is seeking a Lead Strategic Sourcing Specialist to join our Corporate Indirect Sourcing – Operating Supplies Category Strategy Team (CST). 
• This project-based role will support a major strategic spin-off initiative, focusing on sourcing and contracting Human Resources services, systems, and Total Rewards solutions across multiple countries.

• We’re looking for a highly motivated, experienced sourcing professional with deep expertise in HR-related services, vendor management, and transformational project execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Strategic Collaboration: Partner with HR, Legal, Finance, and Sourcing teams to align sourcing strategies with organizational goals and compliance standards.
• Spin-Off Support: Lead supplier mapping, contract assignments, communications, and M&A transition activities.
• Sourcing Leadership: Manage procurement for third-party HR and Compensation & Benefits (C&B) services.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Ensure early sourcing involvement and alignment with business objectives.
• Contract Management: Support negotiations and ensure scalable, cost-effective, and compliant vendor partnerships.
• Supplier Processes: Oversee RFQs, RFIs, e-auctions, contracting, and performance tracking.
• Performance Metrics: Monitor KPIs including savings, payment terms, and service levels; report on sourcing status and risk mitigation.
• Communication: Maintain consistent engagement with stakeholders to ensure alignment and transparency.
• Integration Coordination: Work with spin-off teams to manage TSA timelines and sourcing deliverables.
• Governance: Ensure all sourcing activities meet internal controls and risk management standards.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, HR, Finance, or related field (Master’s preferred)
• 5+ years of strategic sourcing or relevant business experience
• Strong understanding of HR and Total Rewards functions and cost structures
• Proven negotiation, stakeholder management, and project management skills
• Ability to thrive in a dynamic, high-stakes environment
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Strategic thinker with a bias for action and innovation
• Experience in global HR sourcing and international vendor markets
• Background in M&A, divestitures, or corporate spin-offs
• Familiarity with TSA structures and Day 1 readiness planning
• Strong business and financial acumen
• Proficiency in SAP, ERP systems, e-sourcing platforms, and project management tools
• Experience with Six Sigma, Lean, and data-driven decision-making
