Performs tasks such as, but not limited to, the following: • Assemble and test aerospace components and systems according to specifications and engineering drawings. • Perform quality checks and inspections to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations. • Collaborate with engineering and production teams to improve assembly processes and resolve any issues that arise. • Follow standardized work instructions and procedures to ensure product quality and reliability • Ability to communicate effectively with a wide variety of internal and external customers. • Ability to work effectively with team members and lead the team to high quality production within tight deadlines.
• Requires certification (e.g. NASA 8739, J-Std-001 W-Sp) and experience in: encapsulation, strapping, bonding, conformal coating, plated through hole, surface mount, terminal, wire harness fabrication, tinning, ESD.
