•We are seeking a detail-oriented and innovative Advanced Manufacturing Engineer to support a special project focused on knowledge transfer across multiple production locations. •This role is critical for coordinating cross-functional teams, optimizing manufacturing processes, and ensuring smooth implementation of existing products at various sites.
Key Responsibilities
•Coordinate multi-site, cross-functional teams to implement products at primary, secondary, or dual-source locations. •Review and manage tooling between sites. •Develop manufacturing methods and sequences for moderately complex products and assemblies. •Ensure compliance with customer quality requirements. •Document hidden factory processes and create clear work instructions. •Support root cause analysis and corrective action initiatives. •Collaborate with quality, design, and test engineering teams.
Qualifications Must Have: •Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline (Engineering, Technology, Sciences, or Mathematics). •2–5 years of relevant experience.
Preferred: •Experience in Mechanical, Industrial, or Aerospace Engineering. •Familiarity with aerospace industry standards and regulatory requirements. •Ability to interpret engineering drawings and technical documentation. •Experience with aluminum and steel sheet metal welding in aerospace. •Knowledge of brazed heat exchanger core assemblies. •Work Environment & Expectations •100% onsite role with no travel required. •Fast-paced, collaborative environment focused on continuous improvement and innovation. •Opportunity to contribute to high-impact projects and cross-functional initiatives.
