Sr. Advanced Systems Engineer

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES •Provide strategic direction for systems engineering activities, aligning them with the company's goals and objectives •Systems integration and architecture development •Team Leadership, including: •Mentoring •Staff capability development •Effective coordination and communication with: •Multi-disciplinary design teams •Systems engineering teams •Project management organizations •Internal and external customers •Technical leadership and oversight of: •Control system integration •Test and development equipment •Ownership and Leading field Issue troubleshooting and support •Project engineering •Collaborate with technical experts and thought leaders to drive technological advancements •Present complex technical information clearly and effectively to diverse audiences
YOU MUST HAVE • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution in a technical discipline such as science, technology, engineering, mathematics • Minimum 5 years of experience in systems engineering • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Ability to work under minimal supervision
