Job Description
• Join client as a Utilities Dispatch Analyst in Markham, ON, and play a key role in optimizing field operations and enhancing customer satisfaction. Leverage your analytical expertise to drive data-informed decisions and deliver world-class service in a collaborative work environment.

• As a Utilities Dispatch Analyst here at client , you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving customer satisfaction. 
• You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, senior managers, and directors to identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to optimize the customer journey.

• You will report directly to our Customer Experience Manager, and you'll work out of our Markham, ON location.

• In this role, you will have a significant impact on enhancing the overall customer experience and ensuring that our customers receive world-class service and support.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Analyze dispatch data to identify trends and patterns
• Optimize resource allocation to ensure efficient dispatch operations
• Work with Inventory Production Reports
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement
• Communicate insights and recommendations to stakeholders
• Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to track the effectiveness of dispatch and field operations


YOU MUST HAVE
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• 2+ years of experience in data analysis or a related field
• 2+ years of experience in data analysis tools and techniques
• 3+ years of experience with Work Order Management Systems
• 1+ years of experience with Power BI and Excel

• Knowledge of Advanced Meter Infrastructure (AMI)
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Data Analytics, Business Analytics)
• Knowledge of industrial automation or related industries
