Job Description
You will report directly to our Quality Manager.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to make a significant impact by leading supplier quality improvement initiatives, conducting supplier audits, and driving root cause analysis and corrective actions. 
You will also be responsible for evaluating supplier capabilities, monitoring supplier quality metrics, and providing technical guidance and support to suppliers.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES 
• Lead supplier quality improvement initiatives to drive continuous improvement and ensure compliance with quality standards. 
• Conduct supplier audits to assess supplier capabilities and identify areas for improvement. 
• Drive root cause analysis and corrective actions to address quality issues and prevent recurrence. 

YOU MUST HAVE 
• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution in a technical discipline such as science, technology, engineering, mathematics. 
• 6+ years of experience in supplier quality engineering or a related role. 
• Strong knowledge of quality engineering practices and methodologies. 
• Experience in conducting supplier audits and driving supplier performance improvement. 
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings to disposition hardware. 
• Strong project management skills and the ability to influence and negotiate with suppliers. 

WE VALUE

• Experience in leading supplier development initiatives and driving supplier performance improvement. 
• Six Sigma certification or knowledge of Six Sigma methodologies. 
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
