• You will report directly to our Quality Manager. • In this role, you will have the opportunity to make a significant impact by leading supplier quality improvement initiatives, conducting supplier audits, and driving root cause analysis and corrective actions. • You will also be responsible for evaluating supplier capabilities, monitoring supplier quality metrics, and providing technical guidance and support to suppliers. • Our people leaders play a critical role in developing and supporting our employees to help them perform at their best and drive change across the company. • Help to build a strong, diverse team by recruiting talent, identifying, and developing successors, driving retention and engagement, and fostering an inclusive culture.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES • Lead supplier quality improvement initiatives to drive continuous improvement and ensure compliance with quality standards. • Conduct supplier audits to assess supplier capabilities and identify areas for improvement. • Drive root cause analysis and corrective actions to address quality issues and prevent recurrence.
YOU MUST HAVE • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution in a technical discipline such as science, technology, engineering, mathematics. • 6+ years of experience in supplier quality engineering or a related role. • Strong knowledge of quality engineering practices and methodologies. • Experience in conducting supplier audits and driving supplier performance improvement. • Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings to disposition hardware. • Strong project management skills and the ability to influence and negotiate with suppliers.
