Key Responsibilities: The role outlines what the candidate will be performing.
Inventory Optimization: • Analyzing pc parts, semi-finished and finished goods to reduce carrying costs while preventing stockouts. • Perform RTVs (return to vendor) when applicable, engage with internal and external customers and suppliers. • Engage in process improvements to drive down on hand inventory by supporting site KIZANS and burn down projects.
Production Scheduling: • Maintaining, and updating production schedules based on forecasts and Clear To Build (CTB) reports by engaging with site schedulers and clear to build leaders.
Data Analysis & Reporting: • Utilizing MES and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Solumina) to monitor, report, and improve key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Supplier & Material Management: • Coordinating with vendors, managing purchase orders, and handling engineering changes to ensure timely delivery.
Problem Resolution: • Proactively identifying and resolving material shortages, non-compliant material, timely returns and resolutions. • Identify and prevent logistical bottlenecks to • prevent production halts.
