Key Responsibilities:
The role outlines what the candidate will be performing.

Inventory Optimization: 
• Analyzing pc parts, semi-finished and finished goods to reduce carrying costs while preventing stockouts. 
• Perform RTVs (return to vendor) when applicable, engage with internal and external customers and suppliers. 
• Engage in process improvements to drive down on hand inventory by supporting site KIZANS and burn down projects.

Production Scheduling: 
• Maintaining, and updating production schedules based on forecasts and Clear To Build (CTB) reports by engaging with site schedulers and clear to build leaders.

Data Analysis & Reporting: 
• Utilizing MES and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Solumina) to monitor, report, and improve key performance indicators (KPIs).

• Supplier & Material Management: 
• Coordinating with vendors, managing purchase orders, and handling engineering changes to ensure timely delivery.

Problem Resolution: 
• Proactively identifying and resolving material shortages, non-compliant material, timely returns and resolutions. 
• Identify and prevent logistical bottlenecks to • prevent production halts.

2. Inventory Optimization: What specific strategies do you use to balance maintaining high inventory availability with reducing inventory costs?
3. Data and Software Proficiency: Can you describe your experience with ERP and MES systems and how you use data analysis to identify and correct inaccuracies?
4. Forecasting and Analysis: How do you handle forecasting inaccuracies where production needs change suddenly? What key inventory metrics do you monitor, and how do you use them to drive improvements?
5. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Can you describe a time you had to resolve a conflict between production and procurement regarding material/scheduling priorities?
