Top 3-5 Must Have Skills:
* 3+ years of experience in procurement, purchasing, or buying * Strong negotiation and contract management skills * Knowledge of buying strategies, supplier relations, and cost control * Proficient in procurement software and tools including Microsoft Office, especially Excel * Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational abilities
