** Assembles fabricated parts at floor stations. • Tests and calibrates parts and mechanisms to meet tolerances and product specifications. • Uses hand tools and power tools to assemble units according to product specifications. • Identifies units that fail tests or tolerance levels and repairs as necessary. • Requires a high school diploma or its equivalent.
Assembly Job Description: • Running wire and being able to tie lacing cord from wiring harness wires to components. • Set up and calibrate mechanical assembly tools used in the assembly process. • � Verify mechanical dimensions and other features as required • � Use hand tools to assemble units according to product specifications • � Basic hand tool experience and torquing would be performed as part of the job. � Perform other related duties as assigned.
Qualifications • � Must have good hand-eye coordination and attention to detail. • � Basic computer skills Able to stand/walk for entire shift and lift up to 35 - 50lbs. • � Will be required to wear personal protective equipment. • � Requires flexibility and understanding that all staff may be required to perform duties outside their normal area of expertise to meet the mission and goals of the Company
