Job Description: • As a member of our team, you will play a crucial role in producing high-quality products and services for our customers. • Your main responsibilities will include preparing parts for a furnace operation, monitoring furnace performance, loading/unloading furnace, and ensuring the highest level of quality are being produced. • Additionally, you will be responsible for maintaining a safe and efficient work area, setting up and monitoring production, and actively participating in continuous improvement initiatives related to safety, production, and quality.
KEY RESPONSIBILITES • Monitor machine performance and make adjustments as needed. • Assemble and load key components into Furnace. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement. • Excellent observation skills to identify key details and potential issues. • Assist with troubleshooting machine issues and performing routine maintenance tasks. • Creative thinking and idea generation to contribute to process improvements. • Strong analytical skills to analyze information and concepts effectively. • Ability to communicate information clearly and effectively.
YOU MUST HAVE • High School Diploma or equivalent. • Previous Machining experience. • Strong technical skills and ability to operate machinery and equipment. • Ability to lift 30 pounds on a regular basis.
