Document Control Assistant
• The role supports the Document Control group. This role will manage documents for a multitude of different complexities, for varying projects.
Key Responsibilities
• Submit documents to customers • Prepare inspection books • Prepare final data books • Ensure documentation accuracy, consistency, and alignment with standard practices • Support multiple documentation tasks and projects simultaneously • Collaborate with team members and stakeholders under general supervision
Qualifications
• Associate’s degree or equivalent experience preferred • 2–4 years of experience in document life cycle management. • Working knowledge of standard concepts, practices, and procedures within the discipline • Ability to apply judgment and problem solving skills to plan and accomplish tasks • Dedicated to meet short deadlines and manage multiple requests simultaneously with a high degree of ownership for timely and accurate completion • Must be adaptable, a self-starter, multi-tasker, extremely organized, and a great note taker with the desire to learn quickly • Technical aptitude • Excellent computer skills, specifically in Microsoft Office products. Outlook, Excel, Word as well as Adobe or equivalent

• Performs a variety of moderately complex tasks • Works under general supervision with some autonomy • Demonstrates creativity, flexibility, and attention to detail • Reports to a supervisor or manager |
