Job Description
As a Senior ISC Project Management Specialist, you will lead the material component of the end-to-end FAR Part 15 (FAR15) proposal and subcontracting lifecycle in support of large-scale programs. 
This role spans from proposal development and sales order award through subcontract negotiation and long-term purchase order execution with suppliers.
You will be responsible for coordinating compliant FAR15 material packages for submission to the U.S. Government, working closely with the Pricing Organization and partnering with Business Units to execute subcontracts aligned with program awards.

Key Responsibilities
Lead and coordinate proposal and contract execution activities for large-scale programs
Develop and support material negotiation strategies in alignment with customer contract awards
Partner with internal business teams to support customer negotiations and program execution
Interface with customers to support audits and contract award activities
Support and engage key program suppliers as required
Mentor and train team members across the organization


Qualifications
You Must Have
3–5 years of experience in Procurement, Supply Chain, Legal & Contracts, Business, or Finance
U.S. Citizenship due to contractual requirements
Strong understanding of the DoD procurement lifecycle

Experience with DoD procurement subcontracting under FAR Part 15
Ability to act as a project manager and lead cross-functional teams without direct supervisory authority
Strong ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
Experience with Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) and Defense Federal Acquisition Regulations (DFARS)
Supply chain and procurement experience, preferably within defense, aerospace, or similar industries
Experience supporting Truthful Cost or Pricing Data (TCPD) requirements
Ability to understand, interpret, and apply contractual terms and conditions, including flow-down requirements.
